RETURNS 

Groovy Life Shop  wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or  refunds within 15 days of receipt.  Please let us know why you are returning the item, so that we can take measures to improve on our service. When returning your item, we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. Groovy Life Shop is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Return postage is the sender’s responsibility. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear products

Please note that all items must be in the same condition as you received it  unworn condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment. Please make sure items show no signs of wear including make-up or deodorant. Used or stained clothing or items without tags still attached will not be accepted and the item or items will be sent back to you.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail

EXCHANGES

Groovy Life Shop is happy to exchange your merchandise. We recommend that you check on-line for the items’ availability before you send in your exchange to make sure we still have the item you want to exchange for. If by the time we receive your exchange, the item you want is no longer available, we will contact you.

SHIPPING 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST EXCLUDES   Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Groovy Life Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if you wish to ship in a most secure manner, please choose Express Air shipping, FEDEX or Priority mail, which includes tracking and insurance. 

Groovy Life Shop will ship to any country using Express Air International Shipping, however are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

International orders are subject to any applicable taxes or fees and are the responsibility of the addressee.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

 Orders will be marked accurately for customs valuation. Customer is therefore responsible for any duty/taxes that may apply when it arrives in your country.
After your item is posted, Groovy Life Shop  is no longer responsible for your items. Please make sure to check with your local post office for any delayed shipments. 

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

  • Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
